BAKERY

Daily bread (apart from Sunday) & the best fresh pastries from Cassio and his lovely team at Native Grain. Sourdough, baguettes, pains au chocolat, cardamom buns.. their nduja ricotta chilli bake is something else.

FREEZER FILLERS

Whether it’s pizza night, a curry or a homemade classic, we love these brands for when time is short or you just can’t be bothered. So good, we’d happily put our name to them!

CUPBOARD HEROES

Everything from larder essentials to baking basics, cling film to curry paste and cleaning products, we stock those daily bits so you can avoid the supermarket.

MEAT

Local, sustainably reared meat from L George Butchery. It might be a Tomahawk steak for the barbie, bangers for a hotdog or a chicken for Sunday lunch – order ahead for anything specific.

CHEESE & CHARCUTERIE

Local charcuterie and cheeses as well as some of our favourites from further afield. We wish our cheese fridge was bigger!

CORNISH CRAB & LOBSTER

The freshest potted Cornish crab. Or if you’d like whole or dressed crab, or live or cooked lobster we can order in for you from the Real Cornish Crab company.

FREE FROM

For those with dietaries, we stock a substantial number of gluten free, dairy free and vegan options from the basics to vegan Cornish pesto and delicious curries & pizzas.

DRINKS

We have a large range of carefully chosen wines, cocktails, beers, spirits, softs and no/low alcohol options, to suit all tastes and budgets, on the shelf and in the chiller.

CONFECTIONARY

Local fudge & chocolate with a story, florentines, marshmallows & vegan jellies, we’ve got lots of sweet treats as well as fresh cannoli and daily bakes or a protein bar to grab on the go.

With changing classics from our bamboo dispensers and different sized pots, get here early to beat the 3.30pm school rush and choose a tub to takeaway.

Delicious Moomaid of Zennor ice cream tubs, big and small as well as real fruit juice ice pops, and Baboo gelato, we’ve got you covered for when the mercury rises or it’s movie night at home.

Castaway Ropeworks are a family who make gorgeous dog leads & toys from ghost fishing gear – a big tick in our book! We also have treats and compostable bags.

The ethos at Florii Culture is simple – to grow & harvest seasonally with the lightest possible carbon footprint. Laura’s natural, hand tied bunches are always a delight and her love of what she does shows.

NEWSAGENTS

Where it all began.. our range is smaller now but we can order in your favourite read to pick up in store or have delivered on the paper round. Be quick when the Pokémon and football cards come in!

We love a good card, and now seem to have rather a lot of them! Along with lots of lovely gifty bits too, as well as wrapping paper & bags.
